Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a refund.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Damaged or defective items are eligible for return, and we will provide a replacement or a refund as needed.
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from cpanda.biz.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if necessary.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it arrives safely.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Refunds
- Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method (minus any return shipping fees, if applicable).
- Please note, shipping fees on your original purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges
